Ok I have changed the server ips and now I await propogation for the panel. Seems to be taking a bit so not much else I can do atm. All sites have been restored and seem to be working. Check your sites and if the they are the new IP. My tests show …

With no response from the host for over 24 hrs I have decided to go with @MikeA 's offer. The move will happen this weekend most likely Saturday night and with minimal downtime. :)
