I think DEFAULTGW=2b01:dead:beef::1 is sufficient on Centos 7/8 to create 2b01:dead:beef::1 dev eth0 proto static metric 100 pref medium on the fly. CentOS 6 would complain since the GW is not on the net and therefore unreachable.

(Quote) It is. They most likely have 2b01:dead:beef::/48 and assigned 2b01:dead:beef:42::/64 to you. You should have a static route towards their /48 or their gateway IP somewhere.

(Quote) If you're looking for a VPS in Apeldoorn, I'd recomment @alwyzon

(Quote) Actually, this was terrible advice: After a reboot my server's RAM allocation shrunk from 6 to 4 GB. I don't have a response from their support yet, let's see what they have to say.

(Quote) Odd... mine still looks fine. Have you tried shutting it down and booting it again from the panel?

Neat! (Quote) Looking forward to it :)

(Quote) You're just jealous since you don't have NAT VPS. Oh. You actually do. Damn.

I got myself a 10x10x10 Special around Black Friday and so far it's rock stable and idling hard. 10/10 would recommend if you're after something else than Frankfurt in Germany.

I still prefer @thedp 's slightly frivolous suggestion: (Quote)

(Quote) Looking forward to the 6 (Clouvider) locations 128MB NAT Bundle. :open_mouth:

(Quote) Yes, do it. He'll be happy.

So.. I finally managed to get my own instance of statibus up and running - and I love it for its simplicity. Great work @Neoon ! Two things I ran into: * adding an IPv6 address for the database host in config.php doesn't work for obvious reasons, …

To me, NAT VPS Hosting at an Indian DC location seems more like a business opportunity ;)

(Quote) I've doubled your bandwidth.

(Quote) We're derailing this thread, but... I would be one of the people complaining :) Wouldn't it be way more clear do keep your commits "atomic" (as the consultants tend to say) in your dev branch and instead squash+merge to master?

I wish providers would be able to enable IPv6 for my VPS again without opening a ticket with Virtualizor. :'(

(Quote) Yeah, but the promo code has expired.
