(Quote) In regards to your green cloud suspension, it's really two different things. If VirMach had suspended you for the same reason as GreenCloud (an unsecured VPS sending out suspicious traffic) you would probably have received a similar notific…

(Quote) That humanity is f*cked up. :( (Quote) I know that many people say this, and who am I to dissuade them from this thought, but for me even being an old guy, I have never felt this way. I expect that is because I have done so many different …

EDIT: Fat32 beat me to it.

EDIT: Meme removed because it was in poor taste.

(Quote) I going to say no on the $8.88 in exchange for the free for life 2GB. I said fly up because I'm in sunny Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. (Image) It is also why I do sailing analogies.

(Quote) So that is the excuse he is using these days ? /j

@yoursunny do you wan to let me have that $8.88 2 core, 2GB, 50GB VPS now that the transfer will be easy? (Quote) For FAT32, VirMach can bill me. EDIT: If FAT32 has coffee with VirMach in LA, I might want to fly up and join in.

(Quote) Sailing vessels seldom go in a straight line. That does not mean they are on the wrong track. VirMach is the Captain and in my experience a good Captain is always wound a little too tight. It's the ones that are too relaxed that you have to…

(Quote) Your on the wrong tab again friend. :)

(Quote) Do I understand you correctly, that you think that VirMach should block China people because "The Chinese have their own logic of doing things" and VirMach does not understand them ? Or Do you mean that VirMach should have one s…

(Quote) I'm up to about 70% correct, so don't yell.

(Quote) Totally agree.

(Quote) Which shows that you are trying to be more then reasonable. I think the point that gets missed in these situations is that you are not really suspending the current user of the account, you are suspending the original account user for breaki…

(Quote) I expect the problem is easy enough to solve without VirMach's involvement. Create an account in your name, with your account details and purchase a service directly from VirMach's website. Then afterwards live within the TOS and you shou…

(Image) I should be getting some work done, but instead I am eating pop corn and watching the drama.

(Quote) Thank you very much. It worked great on NYCB015.

(Quote) From what I have seen in the past the clock rate is unaffected, but the Geekbench score is slightly lower. This is not a new thing and I have seen it happen before on the old E5's where it would show the CPU as a E3 with a clock speed of 22…

(Quote) I would expect that the VM with the monitoring should always be last to be restarted.

(Quote) Good to know that my monitoring looks pretty good. (that is if you are logging PDT above) Thank you for resolving the issue. (Quote) I was not distracting him as I made no ticket. You should know that I would do nothing to stand i…

(Quote) Get /36 IPv6 from ARIN for $250 /yr. Sell each /64 IPv6 for $1 /yr undercutting Hivelocity. 256 Million a year profit !! Seriously, Hivelocity can't be getting many takers at those IPv6 prices. I would not see any issue with issuing single …

(Quote) With those IPv6 prices I expect you will not be getting many IPv6 from Hivelocity ? Will you be assigning /112 to VMs ? Or will you be getting and announcing your own IPv6 allotment ? Or will you be tunneling a free IPv6 /48 into Hivelocity…

(Quote) Ok no problem. Just out of curiosity do you also like violent computer games, gory horror films, find fights exciting, and torture interesting?

(Quote) I guess you think if you keep saying something negative in regards to VirMach and LAXA014 in this thread this will somehow make VirMach move faster to fix your VM. I would have thought by now you would have realized that this was not a winn…

Of course I could be wrong as you say about CPU pass-thru, but would that not mean that DALZ008 is running a AMD EPYC-Milan CPU ? EDIT: Just to be clear, I expect DALZ008 is running a Ryzen CPU.
-
(Quote) I expect the CPU is showing as AMD EPYC-Milan because CPU pass-thru is not enabled and KVM is making a best guess at processor type. Same thing used to happen with the old E5s they would show as E3 CPU when CPU pass-thru was not enabled.
-
(Quote) Strange, what node is that on ?
-
That is correct. Install AlmaLinux8 to enable VM-x/AMD-V and CPU pass-thru

(Quote) Yes sir. VirMach is definitely going in the right direction and his stuff just keeps getting better and better with time.

@VirMach Thank you for fixing the paid migration button. I now have locations to migrate to in my Atlanta VM. I will pay $3 to migrate out of Atlanta. Is Dallas still problematic or did you get a new DC there?
