Countdown to Black Friday with dartnode.com
-
(Quote) Scammers should be banned.

(Quote) No worry. In S. Korea I live in, most ISPs don't have proper ipv6.
-
Any plan to support rdns for ipv6?
-
(Quote) No problem with KYC, as long as they give people who don’t want to go through it a reasonable amount of time to back up their data and provide a refund.
-
Any yearly special with ipv4? Around 18€/year?

(Quote) Etcd is not an in-memory database. Every Raft heartbeat and consensus write requires a synchronous fdatasync to disk. If disk I/O latency spikes due to strict rate limits, the leader misses its heartbeat interval, triggering constant re-elec…

If you plan to offer the vms in NL, don't go with hostslick or slim.
-
What's the gradation on the posts? Where's the tutorial? I dont get the new features.

(Quote) To be honest, it’s hard to get consistently stable disk performance in a virtualized environment. Even for a small cluster, I’d want to see at least 500 IOPS sustained. If you run a 10-minute test and the IOPS periodically drop or spike, tha…

(Quote) I’m afraid their disk speed isn’t enough for an etcd cluster. I use Patroni with etcd myself.

(Quote) Good to know and sorry for my words. I will try one in AZ. Any test ip for it?
-
(Quote) I assume they would simply relocate the VPS to another location, since they’re a Virtono reseller. From what I’ve seen, Virtono has silently relocated customers’ VPSs before. I know of at least two cases, including my own VPS.

Honestly, I was surprised to hear that you used OneProvider.
-
Here you go. One Oracle Cloud Free Trial or Always Free account is permitted per person. Please note: Creating or attempting to create multiple free accounts is prohibited.
-
I would only run Certbot on the front-end and use an internal private certificate for back-end communication, making sure CA verification is enforced. Make sure all external traffic is routed through the front-end.

Any similar offer with SSD?
-
Interested in your offer. * Do you support rDNS for both of v4 and v6? * Do you offer anti affinity for the vms (For example If I buy two vms in the same location, could they be deployed to different hypervisors or at least manually move?
-
Again this shit host makes people or at least me stressful. I don't care who you are behind the scene. Veloxmedia brand itself does.

Is germany data center SkyLink in Eygelshoven?
-
(Quote) Please include at least 10TB, or 100mbps unmetered for $19/m dedicated server

Good to see you again. Credit seems to decrease while I have not signed up yet. I will try it in 2 weeks! Out of curiosity, any plan to offer the vm with ipv4 not nat?
-
As I rememer, they charge normal price when trasfering promotional plans. Ignore the comment above
-
* How reliable is bridge between locations if you've done test? * It seems Haproxy is region specific, could backend server be pointed to different region?
-
@JDMcPea How's going your production site? You still using them for production?
-
All plans except Feee tier include 50TB. Great for small to medium!
-
How is uptime in San Angelo? Im interested in that location. Your status page cannot be accesible. Any yearly deal? I hope you get a provider tag and post deals.
-
(Quote) (Image) I thought it's possible to change terms.

I had decided not to buy from Virmach, canceled all. But Deals came up and I bought them again. I will cancel all again and decide not to buy anything. But who knows in the future?
-
(Quote) They might offer lower than the price you mentioned. I got this deal $99/y. Intel Xeon E-2124G 32GB RAM 1.92TB SSD 40TB Bandwidth 1Gbps Port Location: Los Angeles

Premium providers give /48 like @Clouvider at least /64 but Shit providers do smaller than /64 and say "why do you need such many ips and blah blah~?"
-
What a luck! All my VMs are still alive in ATL, LAX, NYC and SJC. Uptime is more than 200 days.
-
(Quote) Providers: Don't encourage spam, i.e. require customers to post a comment in order to get benefits ("double bandwidth" and similar stuff).
-
It's difficult for one person to manage all the servers. @VirMach should hire at least one or two people or reduce the number of servers not expand.

Any Dallas, Kansas city test ip?
-
Is it allowed to require writing a username when opening a ticket for double promotion? As I recall, the purpose of preventing double promotion comments was not only for spam but also for user information protection.
-
No 2xdisk, no purchase. Include 2 disk by default.
-
Recommended. I have 3 vms in Dallas for 3 month. No issue at all. Internal Monitoring every 20 second. few outages are on my fault. (Image) (Quote) I don't think they snoop and ban.

Redact. No need to comment.
