Fun : I bought pre-order in NL Location few years ago, but it was deployed in Frakfurt without any notice. My question about wrong location was ignored. Finally it will be moved to NL where I wanted at first, but now I have alternative one in NL.

I got an email about migration. At first I thought I have no vm so why they sent the email to me. After login I realized there are some active services which I gave up by bi,trianually payment.

(Quote) Good to hear. Indeed Any Process running on Memory not disk.

Up/Down repeatedly for a long time and a while ago but there's no notification such as above one. Recently they sent out email few minute ago before Host node reinstall without a detail reason. Very unprofessional and I don't think they do…
-
Any block port? If so, can it be unblocked?
-
I think It's not important to run apps on NVME or HDD after apps loaded on Memory. But if your apps do frequent I/O, it's important. I don't care Disk type but network stability.

Will you release Gigabit VPS in Euorpe before Black Friday Code (BF2023) ends?
-
(Quote) I wonder what Carrier-1 has to do with Infomart.
-
(Quote) I'm considering Gigabit KVM VPS 1 in Portland and some locations I don't decide and using vpes for my monitoring agent application (port 25 should be open, not sending email, just check status) and set it up for HA for myself.
-
If I buy two vpses in same location, could they be deployed on different nodes for HA?
-
An email coming soon including "Due to given circumstances we face, we have no choice but to increase price by xxx".
-
They replied in a ticket "will be fixed in 24 hour" 3 month ago. Finally it works.
-
Which node are they going be deployed on if I buy vms in Frankfrut and Pheonix?
-
I have a same problem in Amsterdam and On OGF I saw the same problem which he said was on their side.
-
(Quote) Wow. I have five tickets of which I made only one myself so far.

Happy birthday! I already bought 10 vps bundle. If I bought 4 vm except 10 location, can I get 20% discount described on your signature?

The signal of canceling service. Maybe They don't like the customer who has a cheap or promotion vm.

I tried my luck and was lucky. I got a new london vm on the node where I have nothing!
