Dallas just came back to online. VPS was offline about 8 days. Uptime over 4 months, so that was network problem

My VPS network connection worked first three days, then unusable. Ticket open, but not fixed yet..

netboot.xyz + VNC is ok for me. Now I can install debian/ubuntu only. Centos 7 ISO not work :/
So, Almalinux 8/9, Debian 11/12 and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS images at least.
