I dont understand how anyone actually got one, i may have refreshed that page 800,000 times yesterday, always "Soon Available" haha
sh*t did i miss a flash sale? someone share some yabs or something so I can drool
Unfortunately, you stand no chance via the website for the popular models. All servers are made available first through their API and only published on the website a couple of hours later. By that time, the popular models are already sold out, since many people run bots that automatically buy them in bulk the moment they become available through the API.
This is also how I got mine—I ran a bot to grab one (just one) as soon as it went live via the API. If you can’t beat them, join them:

I don't understand these people...
Not people who use abuse APIs, but those that publish it for others to use
Anyway, I don't understand why people love KS servers. They might be cheap but I also hear a lot of complains about those from people who use them...

Honestly man I am not a fan of OVH at all. Their business practices leave something to be desired. Yeah the servers can be cheap but, you have to sign a contract and to me that is eh.....
I have one OVH server and it is because I have found nothing comparable for the price. I do not need support and the few times I have it was blah.

I mean, yeah, that is it in a nutshell, I am getting back to me real LE* roots with the next project so sadly price is king although not looking for JUST cheap, so looking for best price per MB ram and per GB NVMe and considering pcie3/4/5 etc, there is a matrix involved
I hear you man, it has always been do more with less and that is a philosophy I personally want to keep alive.

Most of these projects were created in frustration because of mjjs and scalpers that got their hands on these machines before anyone else. They figured this way it would be fair game.
I've been using KS servers on and off for the past decade. I never had an issue with it to be honest, but I heard stories of support taking weeks to get back to you. You get what you pay for I guess; their price is unbeatable. Plus they won't deadpool overnight.

Well, as a web scraper myself (the non money spending or scalping variety), I support API abuse with all my heart!
That's good to hear. I also use a budget server provider from time to time, and though their support is slow, they have always came back with a fix, even though my record shows I only get their servers for 1 to 2 months
And yes, that's the benifit of going with larger providers who own their own hardware. They have more to loose with deadpooling so they would rather sell their company to someone else thæn going ****poof****
