I don't know you and you don't know me to have a conversation on that level.
Yet, since you bear a Moderator tang and I bear a hosting provider tag I think a little courtesy should be applied if I ask for specifics, on a posting of a Moderator that wishes to get feedback on a proposal to modify the rules.
You will have to excuse me if I don't speak slang of forums, my daily job implies to have conversations with business people and to be very specific with them.
If you make a post, at least have the willingness to be as specific as possible and if one asks on specifics, give a reply so the "joe" from 8000 miles away understands it.
If you thought I was mocking you, well, you missed by the same 8000 miles.

You are making a new post to winge about something you totally missed the point on which is meaningless to everyone as it has ZERO context.
You twice asked the same question about what the price limit is on $15 / year, I asked if you are taking the piss, and quoted myself saying $15 /Year
Then I directly answered your next question.
Anyway, I broke the last post and have been forced to remove it and make a new one due to adding bold tags to the year that was already there for you, courtesy would be reading it to begin with the 1st or the 2nd time.
