Horrible Experience with heymman.com and UnReal Servers LLC – Service Terminated Without Notice or E
I am absolutely furious with heymman.com and their so-called parent company, UnReal Servers LLC (unrealservers.net). I bought a dedicated server from Heymann on 05/09/2025, paying for a full year in advance. I thought I was making a solid choice, but boy, was I wrong. Fast forward to 29/03/2026, and things took a complete nosedive.
I received an abuse ticket (Ticket ID: 203275), and the situation was beyond bizarre. The ticket was about an IP address (142.147.98.21) that wasn't even associated with my server! In fact, it was a server IP that had already been canceled, and I had never hosted any site on it. The ticket came with a message from Carter Kirsty Ann from Merseyside Police, which raised huge red flags. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, on 29/03/2026, just hours after I opened the ticket, I received a notification that my service had been terminated by the police department’s demand.
But here’s the kicker: They didn’t give me any heads-up, no time to fix anything, no notice of the termination. Just bam, it was gone, and I was left scrambling. I’ve paid for a full year, and now my server is completely shut down without any explanation or recourse.
Now, let’s talk about their Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is clearly a joke. According to heymman.com’s AUP, each customer is responsible for the activities of their users and must ensure that their users/representatives abide by the policy. It goes on to say that if any violations occur, heymman.com has the right to take action without notice to stop the offending customer. I understand the importance of following AUPs, but heymman.com didn’t even follow their own terms here. They acted without providing notice, and without any evidence of violation from my side, my service was abruptly terminated.
And don’t think the mess stops with heymman.com. Their parent company, UnReal Servers LLC, is just as bad. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or providing any sort of legitimate service. This is beyond unacceptable. A legitimate business would never treat its customers this way.
I’ve tried reaching out to both companies, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. I can’t recommend this service to anyone. Stay far away from them unless you want to risk losing your server without warning or explanation. Avoid heymman.com and UnReal Servers LLC—they are a disaster waiting to happen.

So, they have an AUP that is a joke, but you agreed to it in advance with such confidence that you paid a year up front and called it a solid decision
Then they got a legal notice from a police force, regarding your service and took action against your account, which in some cases can be justified.
I feel like you probably need to take a minute and get the facts in order and present them otherwise this reads as a rant, but if that's the goal... 10/10 I guess.
If someone takes 2 servers, and I get a legitimate and credible certified legal request from a recognised police force because there is CP hosted on the server even if it's pending cancellation, you better believe all services are being suspended and that I won't give you access to 'fix' it.
I appreciate that's taking things to the extreme. So maybe post the correspondence and then we will see the real picture from both sides? And pass appropriate judgement with full context.

Exactly.
Even if it's not something extreme as CP but still something illegal such as phishing, hacking or something serious enough to get the police involved, the best action for the host is to suspend ALL accounts and pass on any customer info to the police. That's how they stay in business and not go to court over an insignificant sum of money like just 1 year server payment.

@AnthonySmith
I have already used their service for 1 year with the same configuration and amount, which gives me the confidence to buy another one with full payment.
If that is true, then they must show us the document. They can also give me time to remove that.
@AnthonySmith Nothing's Hosted related to Cp ,
Sir, please use your time productively rather than wasting it on trivial matters.
Actually legally they can't give you it or give you access, you generally don't give the source of the crime the evidence that may lead to a conviction if them having advance access to it could impact the outcome of a prosecution.
You don't give a hacker access to their computer to remove the evidence.
From experience here is what probably happened.
Service was compromised, service was used for something criminal, police got a recognised legal order from a court local to the service, host received it, the order instructed them to remove your access and preserve evidence, police will be along shortly to clone your servers for forensic analysis, police will insist you are not given full details and will leave the host to make a decision on future services.
Or , they just messed up from start to finish and hate paying customers.
Putting your anger to one side, which do you think is most likely?

Actually, both of those statements are completely wrong.
They do not have to show you any documents. Chances are they are even legally forbidden to do so.
They do not have to give you time to remove anything, again, chances are they are legally forbidden to do so since it could be considered tampering with evidence.
I understand your anger but blaming the provider is not going to fix anything, they are probably doing exactly what they have to do according to local laws.
Lets ask the question, what were you doing on that "old" server? You say you didn't "host" anything, but you had it for 1 year. What was it used for?

so you are angry because you got found out and someone made police report?
I bench YABS 24/7/365 unless it's a leap year.
**Here is the Abuse Report **

To:

Good Morning Heymman,
I am reporting illegal activity being hosted on your network.
IP / Network involved: 142.147.98.xx UnReal Servers, Heymman Servers Corporation.
Domain / URL involved: globaluklicence . com
Description of the issue: Site selling UK drivers licenses, passports, residence permits and ID cards.
Evidence:
At the time of this email the website is live and selling UK drivers licenses, passports, residence permits and ID cards.
In the UK this is an offence against the Identity Documents Act 2010 and can carry a punishment of 10 years imprisonment.
We would politley request your co-operation in the removal of this site from your server.
If this isn’t possible are you able to provide me with the legal entity in which we could service court documents for its removal?
Kind regards,
Kirsty

I'd sell you out looking at ten years. No hesitation. Perhaps consider going in to a more conventional area of commerce?
Ok, so it was just an initial abuse report, not a court-certified service request.
Assuming that the email was validated police.uk is a UK government/police only email domain so its probably taken seriously.
I assume they just decided that as one of your servers is running a criminal network website they did not want you as a customer at all and used the "Clients from hell" clause?
I mean, i understand it, but it feels like this went from 0 to 100 in a second based on this.
Was this a first offence (of any kind of abuse on any service with them)?
Are you on FraudRecord for any other similar abuse with other hosts that you know of?
Did they give any amount of time to fix this yourself?
Because this does seem overkill to be honest, while doing a bad job of securing servers you are not actively using but are responsible for is not ideal, its odd for it to go to total account termination instantly on a first report with no history after you have been a customer for a while.
I imagine they will turn up at some point to give their side of things.

Knowing most providers, I dont see this as anything weird. They are legally required to comply with the police, so like you mentioned, they went the "scorched earth" route with the police report.
I am not sure if @xbugx was hosting illegal license sale website or whether his server got hacked and the hackers were using it for illegal activity or if it was someone else and the police typed in a wrong IP.
Well, time for him to get a new server!

Heah, in my experience from both sides of the fence, first offence, longer term user i.e. not in the first month or 2 at least, does not equal a full account termination.
But I think we don't have the full picture. Personally, if I were writing a bad review, I could stand by, the details would have been provided up front, not teased out, and I suspect we have not seen them all.
