(Does not include deeper L3/sysadmin-level work)
L3 Support — 1700€ (~$2000/month)
For companies that need someone more hands-on:
Server management / fleet-level tasks
Advanced troubleshooting
Performance, infrastructure, and backend work (no code development)
Escalations and more complex issues
This is a prepaid service (monthly, yearly, etc. — flexible).
There’s no strict ticket limit — it’s best-effort based. If your queue is heavy and you need ultra-fast SLAs (like 5-minute replies), then a dedicated full-time hire would be more appropriate.
