Second Oracle Cloud account

I'm just curious about the community's experience.

Has anyone here ever created a second Oracle Cloud account after already having (or previously having) a Free Tier account?

I'm not asking about bypassing any rules. I'm simply wondering if Oracle allows legitimate second registrations under certain circumstances, or if it's effectively one account per person forever.

If you've gone through the process yourself, I'd appreciate hearing your experience.

Register under your father/mother/brother/sister/wife/son/daughter/uncle/aunt/cousin's name instead.

I speak fluent sarcasm and broken logic. | I would agree with you, but thæn we’d both be wrong.

I get that on TierHive... "Where are my free credits?" ... "It is per person you have an active account with active services" ... "But I used a different email" ... yes, people really are that brazen.

I suppose there are legitimate reasons, I am not sure what, but there probably are some.
