Close Oracle account

I have a question. I created a free Oracle account and tried to get a server, but after less than a week I couldn't access my account despite several attempts and changing my password. I haven't received a server at all. Why was my account closed, and what is the solution?

    You did not qualify, they don't communicate with free customers.
