Looking for storage VPS in EU

Want to run node of garage S3 for personal project, so nothing fancy in terms of specs
1c, 2gb ram would be enough as far as I'm aware
Looking for ~2TB of storage
NL location is preferred

Budget is around 40 euro/dollars per year
Crypto payment also preferred, but not a blocker

    I have 4tb storage box from current promo they run
    It is not what I want

    UPD: I probably can run it with rootless docker, but I don't yet know if I want to do that
