Lowest GreenCloud VPS Recurring Price

I'm considering GreenCloudVPS, but I have a few questions for long-time customers.
1.What's the lowest recurring price you've seen or paid during previous Black Friday sales?
2.Are there usually good deals for US West locations (especially San Jose or nearby)?
3.Based on your experience, is it worth waiting for Black Friday?
To be honest, Vultr's entry plan is currently $5/month, which is actually $1 cheaper than GreenCloud's budget plan. That's why I'm wondering whether GreenCloud's Black Friday deals are usually good enough to make waiting worthwhile.
Reliability is more important to me than CPU or RAM.

GreenCloud's sale plans are usually Annual or Triennial, not monthly. I have a $60/3 year in Hong Kong and a $22.50/year (1TB storage) in Phoenix. They have some extra-good deals in their sale thread, but they're limited and go really fast.
Their main sale is actually their birthday sale in October. Also Black Friday, and sometimes Top Provider sale, whenever that happens.
They usually do have sales for Los Angeles and San Jose. It's worth waiting.

As david3 said, their anniversary sale in October is the best. You can search the other green forum for prices & specs. With RAM and storage prices doubling or more in the past year, I doubt this year's sales are going to be as good or plentiful.
We have two GreenCloudVPS at the moment and both have quite low price per spec.
vps5 is expiring 2026-10-20 and we plan to cancel.
