I placed the order without using a VPN, yet it was still flagged as fraud; your fraud detection logic for orders is flawed. Once I submitted a support ticket, the standard procedure should simply have been to recreate the order for me.

We expect perspective customers to use their real name, address, and phone number when ordering, and to not obfuscate their location by using VPNs. You have now ordered nine times with varying information.
