PTRDNS is a DNS hosting provider operated from France, focusing exclusively on authoritative DNS hosting.

The service is designed for customers who want standards-based, automation-friendly DNS without vendor lock-in. Customers can use PTRDNS as their primary DNS provider, as a secondary provider for an existing DNS infrastructure, or combine it with another DNS provider for additional redundancy.

PTRDNS supports primary and secondary zones, AXFR, DNSSEC, Dynamic DNS/RFC 2136, and the PowerDNS HTTP API.

The authoritative nameservers are distributed across multiple networks and locations in Europe and North America, with both IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity and DDoS protection.

    It's a new system, people are still getting used to it, you are only the third or fourth thing use it.
