Looking for an EU hosting/infrastructure partner for an upcoming expansion to the EU. We aren't exactly set on locations yet.
Minimum hardware we are looking for:
Intel Xeon E5, Xeon Silver, or Xeon Gold AMD is fine also.
128GB RAM minimum
2x 2TB SSD/NVMe or better for raid.
Reliable network and good EU connectivity
IPv4 + IPv6
Preferably someone open to a longer-term partnership as we grow
I'm not looking for the absolute cheapest. I'm more interested in finding a reliable provider we can work with long term and expand with as demand grows.

If this works, I can offer good discounts on VPS. We have a great API, IPv6-only, and Failover IPs with BGP. So you can create separate instances for each user (usually takes about 20 seconds) and get rid of the headache.
Bargainhardware or piospartslap maybe if you change your mind and want to buy?
For lease, try myhost.io in Bulgaria - they may be able to come up with a good offer, maybe Portlane/Glesys too in Sweden. Anyone can quote this, but rental will be expensive in the long term, EU is seeing power price raise (and from that everything else).
