For the everyday-hosting feature list, can a user download a complete WordPress backup (database plus files) and restore it without support intervention? A useful beta check would be to restore a disposable site into a separate test location, then verify uploads and a database-backed page—not just that the backup job completed. With a 30-day trial, please also make the expiry behaviour and last date for exporting data visible in the panel. I haven’t tried KPanel yet; this is a feature/test suggestion rather than a performance review.

We cannot let you know the exact date for expiry because we will update all the releases over the same server for beta testing/bug fixing etc

Yes you can schedule the offsite backups to ftp/sftp using backup wizard or you can download it whatever you wants to

KPanel update: Node.js and Python app support

we have added Node.js and Python app support to KPanel. You can now create and manage your apps from the panel, select the domain and path where you want them to run, and start, stop, or restart them from there.

Node.js and Python access can be enabled through your hosting package or by an admin(if any of the Beta tester wants to test raise a ticket). We have tested both with working apps, but if you find any issue while creating or running one, please let us know the error so we can fix it.

We are also still working on the terminal. It will stay disabled until we finish the security and account isolation checks.
