OVH Public Cloud: Pricing changes as of October 1, 2026
It's old news. However, I didn't notice it until the invoice issued, so I decided to post it here in case someone missed it like me.

In short, ovh cloud started to charge for IPv4 address separately for VPS. Moreover, they extended contract period and increased discount accordingly.
Since IPv4 address is excluded from saving plan, it always costs about €2 monthly. For those who have grandfathered smallest plan(like me), the €3.29 monthly plan now costs about €5.30 monthly. About 61% increase.
I guess it can't be helped for the price hikes these days. For those who have idling VPS on OVHcloud, maybe it's time to reconsider if they are worth idling.
