Are Budget 10Gbps VPS Offers Really That Rare?
Hi everyone!
This is my first time posting a question on LowEndSpirit, so I'm still learning how things work around here. I might not be familiar with all the unwritten rules or forum etiquette yet, so please bear with me if I accidentally step on any toes!
I'm looking for a budget VPS o with a 10Gbps network port.
By "budget," I mean around $2/month or $30/year.
However, I've noticed that there seem to be very few VPS providers offering 10Gbps ports at this price point.
So far, the only option I've found is DeluxHost, and it's located in Amsterdam.
This makes me wonder:
1、Are budget VPS plans with 10Gbps ports really that rare?
2、Is 10Gbps connectivity significantly more expensive for providers, or is there another reason?
3、I'd also love to hear about any other providers offering 10Gbps VPS plans within this budget.
Thanks in advance! ![]()

with that budget it not just rare but i dont think its possible.
So, I’ve been wondering—is it actually completely unrealistic?
$2/month 10Gbps port
If you're after a stable, unlimited-bandwidth service, you won't find much at this price — many advertised plans don't actually deliver what they claim
Unsustainable, even if bandwidth was free.
And I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords.
You can only pick a maximum of two per provider:
So if you are only looking for low prices, you can only select a maximum of one other option, but often times, if you select very low prices, that's all you're going to get.
Of the providers here, and there are many I haven't tried:
If you're looking to use not much bandwidth, maybe you'll find a deal here within your budget. @calibernode has a deal advertised on the side for $15/year (1 per account), but I'm not sure if the network for that VPS is 10g.
If you're looking for more bandwidth, @Advin has ones, sometimes in stock, in Kansas City, for $6-8 per month @ 32TB.
If you're looking to maximize 10g @ $30/year, providers can't afford to provide that service. Last time I looked, a full 10g connection to a dedicated server was $500/month. So in a shared environment, e.g. VPS, bandwidth has to be: capped, throttled, and/or contended. That will happened, regardless of marketing that state otherwise from providers who aren't clear.
I have never seen any provider running a stable and honest business offering 10 Gbps port for $2/month or $30/year, it is unrealistic to expect that as a customer and offering such a package would be unsustainable for the provider.
