Hello members of LES!

We're pleased to announce the opening of a new location in San Jose, California. Based out of Hurricane Electric's FMT2 datacenter, this new location will provide optimal connectivity to Silicon Valley, the west coast of the United States, and the Asia-Pacific region. Network speeds and latency can be tested with our looking glass: https://sjc.lg.xenspec.com/

To celebrate this new expansion, we'll be offering all servers in San Jose FREE for the first month. The coupon code 4TTH9IPK7D can be used on any of our San Jose-based dedicated servers.

Our support team is ready to assist with any questions about the new location. We're always happy to help!

--Support Services--

In need of support? Our team is glad to help! We're reachable through our ticketing system, our website's Live Chat, and email at support@xenspec.com

Our dedicated servers are unmanaged, however we will try to make every attempt to help with any issues that may arise. If we're not able to assist with a certain issue, we'll certainly get you pointed in the right direction. All hardware and network issues are fully covered, custom software and certain operating system issues will be our best effort.

For out-of-band access and reboot capabilities, we offer proxied IPMI access. This ensures that the IPMI interface is always secure, and is not accessible when not in use. Creating a session and logging into IPMI can be done within our customer portal, under the service you wish to connect to.

Thank you!

We don't have HDD Upgrades in our San Jose location, but we do have them for servers in Chicago. Let us know if you're interested in a specific configuration, we're always happy to help!
