Looking for a European dedicated server

Hi there!

I'm currently looking at replacing an older dedicated that I have and I'm looking for one with similar to the specs below (or better!)

• Quad core (4c/8t processor - E3 or similar would be nice)
• 8-16GB RAM
• 2x 1TB drives (for RAID1) - 2x 2TB preferred, but maybe not possible!
• 1TB+ @ 1gbps preferred
• Anywhere within Europe (closer to the UK the better)

I'd like to avoid the likes of Online etc if possible, but any suggestions are open at the moment I've had a look at Hetzner's bidding page and may end up there if there's nothing else available

Budget is around £20-30 / $30-40 p/month

@Clouvider might have something on offer close to those specs? If it's a bit more it's well worth it for the service.

I could do a for 40.5 eur/37 gbp (slightly above your budget)
you'll miss out on the multithreading, but get a lot more storage...

I used them a long time ago and agree that their service is great, just over budget for me at the moment. I'd like to stick to a max of ~£30 per month.

You could try netcup vservers with dedicated cores. Seems to fit you budget. You can fit it under 30 euros with SSDs.

Not interested in a VPS at the moment, only fully dedicated.

Then there's nothing cheaper than Hetzner auction servers. Pretty old hard drives (>50000 hours) but they provide free replacements if something breaks down.
