I think it's fair to say that if you are looking to host the next Twitter your options would be enterprise only and it would almost never make sense ever to work with a low-end provider.
For everything else that would comfortably run on a single dedicated server or two, low-end land is worth looking into. I'm talking medium-sized businesses right down to hobby level.
So Nexus Bytes in this case is 100% where I run my most important servers. IE if it makes me money it's hosted at NB, no fucking around. If it's something I need to be reliably available, it's hosted at NB. Tbh if it made me millions I'd likely stay with Nexus Bytes unless there was a technical or legal reasoning for going with the big enterprise guys.

who needs epyc if there's Ryzen?
both are good for different consumer/commercial segments
I don't want a 4core Epyc I want a 4core Ryzen on ECC ram
Who needs Xeon if we have i3,i7,i9 ... see that's wrong.
Who needs EPYC? Businesses / companies. I would prefer 4cores EPYC over 4Cores Ryzen any day. What I get from the simple fact that is EPYC and not Ryzen:
1- Proper build. Provider is committed to invest into enterprise grade hw.
2- Stability, peace.
3- Rep.
Now if you are in a tight budget like you can't pay more than 10/mo, yeh I guess that's understandable, but that's not a business requirements, that's a hobbie.

why would one be searching for enterprise solutions in a low end forum?
argument is that Ryzen supports ECC which is good enough for low end; the rest is backups and more backups. quite different from Xeon Vs i7 and number of channels.
end of the day it's really what the low end consumer segment wants. supply Vs demand.
anyway $10/month is firstly blasphemy in low end context, second its more than $7. and I can only pay $2.
vps is not a hobby to me. it's literally game. like gaming game.

at that point is a pride thing too. Infinity > Nissan.
Lexus > Toyota,
EPYC > Ryzen

Can we all at least agree that boneless wings aren't wings? They're nuggets/tenders/fingers/chunks/whatever, but not fucking wings.
