Would you be interested in temporary servers?

Hello,

I tend to purchase a lot of servers, but I also tend to cancel some. For example, I might rent out a 5950X 128GB server from some hosting provider but end up cancelling it after a few months due to me not needing it anymore. The servers that I cancel usually have some time left on them.

So, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in "temporary" servers. These would be servers that only last a few weeks. The advantage of this is that I would be able to offer them at a very low cost.

Pricing would be something like this:
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
64GB DDR4 Memory
2 x 4TB SATA SSD
1 Gbps @ 30TB
Located in United Kingdom
$50 for 2 weeks

Intel Core i9-9900K
128GB DDR4 Memory
3 x 1TB NVMe SSD
1 Gbps Unmetered
Located in Germany
$15 for 2 weeks

Intel Core i7-2600
16GB DDR3 Memory
4 x 4TB SATA HDD
1 Gbps Unmetered
Located in Germany
$10 for 2 weeks

Edit: No, I'm obviously not abusing Hetzner's return/refund policy. If I were to be doing that, my account would be banned. I can provide proof that these would be/are servers that I simply don't need anymore. I've been mostly downscaling my servers with Hetzner/UKServers which is why they are listed as examples.

    Anything "temporary" is questionable. Those who dare offering them, questionable itself.

    I've seen some do data mining on such services, so no.

    It would be a bare metal service, KVM/IPMI access provided. It would be nice to at least make a little bit of money from powerful servers that would otherwise be idling until they're ultimately cancelled, and these would be sold under my provider.

    I don't have any malicious intentions :'(

    What if I were to just transfer them for a small fee? I believe some providers would be OK with transferring the remaining time over to another customer before they just get cancelled.

    Sure, sure, I simply do not trust anyone, especially it's a one-man show.

    If I need temp servers, I am going to order an ordinary service from a company and do it discreetly without making a fuss.

    Definitely interesting concept. Would be mostly good for compute intensive stuff but I kinda feel like you would need to give advanced notice of like a week+ before going up for sale.
