You know it occurs to me with all these pending transfers that maybe where you are transferring to doesn't have the resources to complete it. Especially if you are transfering to the Asia region. Hell the IPs alone could be the entire problem.

It used to be that you lost the extra IPs when you migrated, and had to request it to be manually added back. I don't know it it is still that way or not. If you do migrate let us know what happens regarding the second IP.

I can confirm that the migration was really fast and appears to have worked perfectly. I have TWO new ipv4, a single ipv6 plus a /48 allocated.
