SOLVED - MrVM : i paid my invoice 10 days ago, but service was not activated yet

I'm sorry that I'm posting here, but i have no other options.
I paid my invoice on October 10'th (10 days ago)
but my service has not been activated yet.
I submitted a ticket 5 days ago, still waiting for a reply.
MrVm VPS is very good, but we have to wait so long for them to answer tickets.
What should we do when they do not answer support tickets !?
I know the service has limited technical support, but what about billing/sales support?
