    It’s not about fair, it’s about compliance with UK law. It’s not worth any business taking on the risk, especially for the profit in selling a VPS. If you get caught there can be very serious repercussions.

    A provider must follow the law. Any philosophical questions about fairness are likely to consume time without changing anything, tbh.
