For india hosting and those old specs (DDR3, 13 year old CPU, non raid SSD, old SAS HDD) I would not be willing to buy at all, even for free. If the location was located in US/Canada, I would be willing to pay $20~25, but I would rather have no HDD, only SSDs. Performance difference is really noticeable.

Stone age cpu, if that would at least an E5, you could prob. charge 100$.
