aeza 1.46€ Sweden Promo
However I only paid 114RUB = 1.11€
Seems like they limited to 100Mbit/s finally. Did you get the VPS from the 5.42. range?
To expensive, I have only one VPS that cost 5€/m which is justified.
This cannot be justified, I am sorry.
I meant the IPv4 subnet range. They have new ones in Sweden so I would like to get again the promo with their new ones (already have one in 5.42 subnet)
The network looks like garbage tough.
Jitter and Packet loss wholesale.
I wanted to Ticket them, but when I forgor I can't because its a promo package.
You can contact them on Telegram, but don't expect anything with a promo deal. I've had issues in the past with their Amsterdam one but couldn't figure it out what was happening, so I just used a VPN instead. Well, 4 months with that one and now seems stable, altough there's some network packet loss some times
Uptime of the Sweden PROMO (it's 100%, I reinstalled the O.S recently)
Uptime of the Amsterdam PROMO
I mailed them, my email got ignored.
Besides that, when I look closely at the mtr.
I can see that their network is loaded beyond repair.
The gateway has a response time from 1 to 20ms, which correlates with the latency spikes I see.
Tbf, most gateways in the hosting industry (atleast as far as I've seen) have those spikes. You can use https://check-host.net and you'll see them in most of the cases.
You need to contact them on Telegram, they will ignore other contact methods.
EDIT: How did you calculate that? I've tried multiple traceroutes to 1.1.1.1 and all of them the gateway is below 1ms (also keep in mind my SWE-PROMO is very old, from one of the first batches, so it's not limited to 100Mbit/s and it's super fast, I've got a second one a month ago IIRC and it was slow as crap)
nah, if you see the gateway latency at 20ms, shits on fire yooooo
Yeah obviously if pinging inside, but if you ping the gateway outside the network it usually has spikes on some countries. Atleast for what I've seen.
I did install my beloved https://github.com/Ne00n/wg-mesh and wanted to use this as my swedish pop.
However, wg-mesh flagged 21 of the initially 33 connections as jitter.
We talking +20ms on each of these links, its def. their network, which is fucked.
If it would be a small issue, I might see like 2-4 links flagged.
This is a TCP ping to the SSH port. There's some jittering, but overall works perfectly fine (atleast on my instance)
Too high, way too high.
That's from my PC. That's normal ping to Sweden from Spain.
ruvps.net ("NVMe & "100Mbit/s") in Ukraine ($4.5 USD) (P.S. do not buy from them, they're scammers & will block your tickets, just want to show their shitty server)
