Offshore Racks outage
Not a popular provider, but perhaps worth noting for posterity that Offshore Racks appears to be completely offline at the moment except for a handful of v4 /24 route announcements.
Their hosting systems, web site, and authoritative DNS servers all have addresses from their own /24s, which are all originated from Panama by their own ASN, which is singly homed behind Galaxy Communications. So maybe their router or their upstream's is up. Disruption began sometime shortly after 2023-05-16T19:35:00Z. They have been around awhile and I'm not aware of any major changes or news in recent past that would suggest they have gone missing for good.

And they literally just came back the instant I posted that. Of course. Looks like they were dark for about 3 hours.
