WiFi Router for Office

Hey Guys,

So I have been using an MikroTik router for a while and it's been the best router that I have personally used in years since the TP-LINK 300 Mbps days.

Pretty much all other routers I have used had died, bricked and WAN port stopped working on me, not to mention the stability issues that doesn't gets fixed until I reboot the router.

Now MikroTik aside, which router I can buy for $200-$300 to use in an office environment that's gonna be always stable like MikroTik, but faster and will last me at least 5 years?

Additional requirements: WiFi 6+1 Gigabit minimum, Few years of warranty and software updates.

Must have full+high speed coverage for 2 floors and the parking lot. Check photos.

Please make me some specific recommendations.

Might be worth considering a device with WiFi 6e (6Ghz Band) if you're in a crowded area or want the last bit of performance.
How much do you want to spend on it, and does it need to be router + access point in a single device?

Depends on the materials used in the building. If it's a reinforced concrete ceiling maybe only 2.4Ghz will be accessible on the floor without a access point on it. Still, with WiFi 6 and not many neighboring networks that should easily do a couple hundred Mbit/s.

HAP ax3 + if it is not able to cover the area you can extend with cAP ax. You can use CAPsMAN to configure multiple devices from single device (just don't try to mix ax and non ax devices).
Both devices together should fit your budget.
