Looking for a cheap dedicated server with 1GB bandwidth for around 20€/month
I need a cheap dedicated server with a budget of about 20 euros per month. I am a customer from China and theoretically support tax exemption requirements. The specific server requirements are as follows:
CPU: Quad-core, eight-thread or processor similar to i3 7100 with core display
RAM: 16GB minimum
Storage space: 400GB or more SSD
Bandwidth: 1GB unlimited bandwidth or at least 50TB traffic
Main purpose: used to build a private video library (emby). A processor with a core display will help me quickly transcode and watch. I hope everyone can recommend it.

I asked Shanghai tax bureau some years ago and they won't give me.

Your issue here will be the bandwidth requested, it's not realistic for 20 euros per month.

What kind of tax exemption certificate do I need to provide?
Mainly used for private tracker downloads and EMBY uploads, I have my own tracker member and don't worry about uploads.
