    Can you actually transfer those licenses? If I recall correctly this has been discouraged a while ago. Might have been another vendor though. Account transfer is against their tos thus posting such offers should not go here.

    The website TOS reminds that only full-price purchases can be transferred with official permission, and the transfer fee is 25$.
