Looking for colo in Chicago area(Elk Grove Village)

Hi all,
Looking for a ~$50/mo 1U colo, in an Elk Grove Village, IL DC.
10Gbps would be a bonus, but I'm not expecting it at this price point, although I'm looking for something that would do 100mbps on a 1gbps port.
Preferably a /29 or bigger block on it
Need it to be something where I can drive up to the DC and drop it off
Am I dreaming, or is this possible?

    Whereas a drive to SF might be fun I don't expect it too be in his plans since it's likely be cheaper to ship at that point. ;-)
