Need a Dedicated server to sell vps

Hello I am interested in selling vps recently.
Now, I am looking for a dedicated server which is suitable for the “host”. Thanks suggestion first.
Forced by budget. I need a dedicated server and it is better cheap.
Like lower than 0.55€/$ per GB memory. And have E5v2 or above is best.
And it’s better to be lower than 35$/€. The traffic isn’t lower than 15TB@1Gbps, at least 480GB ssd( SATA OR NVME)
I would like to sell ipv6 only vps, so it needn’t have many ipv4 address.
Last, I mightn’t buy it because the budget, this isn’t a formal purchase order.

My friend, you have the equation the wrong way round.

You need to get a VPS to sell dedicated servers. Less outlay, more profit.
