Cloudflare dash broken?

Is it just me, or is the Cloudflare's dashboard inaccessible?

Get a "loop" (it won't load the page, and it won't show any errors).
Can't get to the login stage, it's just stuck opening the page.

Tried using a VPN and a different browser, hasn't helped.

OK - works now.

Was stuck for about 15 minutes.
