I've seen a DELL R220 that has this CPU.
It's very slow.
Application runs into CPU bottleneck.
Do not recommend.

E3 and E5 belong to the trash can recycle bin storage nodes.
Mentally strong basement hoster uses Xeon Scalable and EPYC for compute nodes.

I believe Xeon Scalable processors are still out of the price range for many clients and, I suppose if someone can afford it, I have Dual Intel Xeon Platinum 8160 dedicated servers for 399/m.
