Any alternatives to hetzner auction

I need a dedicated machine in EU with 2x4TB hdd + 1 small ssd for cache, a moderate CPU i.e i7-6x or 7x, >=64GB RAM and ~5TB bandwidth@1gbps

Seems like Hetzner auction servers is my way, but I remember those servers being cheaper

Do I have any alternative?
