Hi,

I need a server to develop my Panel, the end goal, think VirtFusion, etc..

I don't want to overpay, as it will receive essentially 0 usage, but I have some base requirements.

CPU can handle Virtualization (1-3 containers) 8+ core
Ram: 32+ Can be DDR3
SSD not HDD
IP Block (preferred /28)

Preferred to pay monthly, but I can pay yearly if it's a good deal that needs dedicated hardware.
Doing this as a personal project at the moment, so just looking for a deal.
