Looking for 2C 4GB 200GB 1GBit/s @ < 8€ / month

Hello guys,

I am looking for a server with these minimum requirements:
CPU: 2 Cores + @ decent CPU
RAM: 4GB+
Storage: 200GB+ SSD or faster HDD will be sufficient
1 GBit/s with atleast 5 TB traffic would be great.
1 IPv4 required (IPv6 would be great to have)
preferably Europe

Would love to stay under 8 euros per month. Currently I am looking the new ARM lineup from Netcup. Maybe someone has something even more interesting or tells me to stay away from them.

Most offers only have like 50 GB storage at this price point and the costs of adding additional storage is often kinda unreasonable or even impossible.

EDIT: Prefer monthly payment, quarterly or even yearly payment would be possible.
