Planning to get myself a (2GB RAM or more) ipv6-only VPS and would like some up-to-date recommendations. Which ipv6-only VPS provider would be the go-to in 2024?

Can be used for production but this is IPv6 only, no NAT. You can use Cloudflare to have IPv4 access to your installed websites.
If you don't have IPv6 access at home, you can always install Cloudflare WARP or use a VPN like Tailscale (client/server installed on your VPS).
