InternetBS asking for ID
So i put the auth code and paid for the transfer of one of my domains to internetbs.net and the next day i get this email.
Recent activity in your account has triggered an alert within our systems. For your protection we kindly ask you to send us a copy of a government issued ID matching the name used for your account, along with proof of address.
Please send the required documents within 2 days to [email protected]. Your account will remain locked until the documents are supplied.
I have never had to provide ID or proof of address to any domain registrar. Is this normal? Should i send them my info?

Yes provide them for security reasons and invalid activity like using vps can cause this however they sre trusted providers i think

Just transferred domain! Haven't done anything else.
I've yet to get a reply back from them.
Try to talk them because if account is locked you can’t do anything else you dont had any other choice
