Your machine's IPv6 often becomes unavailable after a few days. I hope you can fix it properly. Also, the port speed of the machine in Japan doesn't reach 1G at all.
Popcorn? I know you didn’t notice me waiting to see if any drama starts but we are all here with you.
I moved all my websites to Carrd, and cancelled all my idlers.
Save the earth, don't idle.
Removed the plan above the limits. @AK_KWH please ne more careful this is not the OGF

So it was not only me having this problem. Tried the NATOVZ yearly deal in may, but after a month eventually, just gave up recreating/changing distros/ticketing to get it fixed and stopped using it. Had the PK location and it was not even 100Mbps stable or burstable.
i have no issues with NATOVZ in HK and SG, although HK required a ticket to enable the VPN traffic.
just got another TYO excited to find time to try it out.
but yes ipv6 doesn't seem to work
I bench YABS 24/7/365 unless it's a leap year.
There is an bug in recent update of virtualizor we have set no limits but now they asked to put limits in network speed please submit a ticket we will resolve the port speed issue

I jumped on the 2GB KVM Texas Promo $0/year annually with a $18 setup fee. Are there any catches I should be aware of with this promo?
Since the setup fee is $18, I assume I'll never have to pay that again because I won't need to do another setup. Will the server subscription auto-renew for $0 every year after this? I'm not really doing anything special, just setting up a DNS server that performs website ad/popup blocking. Will the subscription automatically end without notice at some point?
We would love to jump with you too
it's in the "KVM sale - LES offers" link in @AK_KWH 's signature if you're keen on jumping. Was curious myself where it was.
Specs:
1 CPU Cores (Intel Xeon) Fair Usage
2 GB RAM
20 Gb SSD
1 TB Bandwidth 1GBps
1 IPV4 + 1 IPV6
Now demanding eu location
i think i broke the website
Edit: nope he wrote the same thing to OGF...
Ya... I needed a location closer to western Canada. The current one I'm using is in New Jersey through another provider, so was hoping the Texas one would be a bit quicker to reach but it isn't. I pinged both servers and the Texas server is a bit slower for me, but not by much. The pricing is better because of the $0 annual fee, and the Texas KVM performs quicker than the other server I was using.
While i checkout site stop responding
I wonder if the listing was an error? I ordered 12 hours ago. The server was ready 4 hours later.
Same here. 503 error and Error code 524. :'(
Same error here. RIP trying to get another "lifetime" I guess, lol.
seems to be working now
@AK_KWH I ran some speedtests on the server I ordered. It's supposed to have a 1gbps connection, but I'm not even getting half of that. Just wondering why that's happening?
My order number is 8095075430.
Nvm... I submitted a ticket and they're helping to correct the issue.
@AK_KWH any chance of getting this deal in any other location?
I have already picked one up in Texas and it seems really nice.
Now I'm looking for MMMOOOOOOOORRRRRRREEEEEE.
busted
LES is eternal we do not delete posts unless it violates the rules. This does not fit into that category in my opinion.
The Yeti has left the building.
did i do something wrong ?
KhanWebHost Cheap Shared Hosting | Cheap KVM VPS (DE,UK,US,FR) | KVM Sale - LES Offers
did you honor any of this offer, should i pay the invoice? @AK_KWH
No, they didn't honor my purchase of a subscription. Initially my account showed that the recurring cost was $0 on an annual billing cycle. Several hours later after deploying the KVM, they took it upon themselves to change the recurring cost to $18 without notifying me. I'm not sure if they were expecting me to notice right away either. When I opened a ticket with them, they indicated that the promo pricing was a mistake and that they don't offer lifetime deals. Since they weren't going to honor the deal, I cancelled my subscription and got a full refund.
Nope all is good 👍
The Yeti has left the building.
saw the change myself and figured it was probably a mistake. oh well, did seem a little too nice
Thanks for pointing this out, I probably would not have noticed otherwise. I had eventually gotten an invoice (when I first tried is when the order process was having issues) and just paid it. I went into my services now and noticed that it does list a recurring $18 fee. I do understand that "lifetime" is not always sustainable, but it just wasn't what was listed when I signed up for the service initially. Khan's service is usually pretty good, though, so I'll just use this for a year and see if it's worth renewing when it comes time for it.
I thought about it, but their network speeds were all over the place. Initially I couldn't get my download/upload speeds to go above 400Mbps, so I had to open a ticket to get them to investigate. They were able to make some adjustments on their end which got my download speeds to reach up to 2Gbps, but the upload speeds still struggled to reach 1Gbps. I think during all my tests, I reached near 1Gbps in upload speed only a couple of times. Most of the time it was closer to 500-750Mbps.
Prior to jumping on this deal, there was another promo I was checking out that cost $28.28 for four years (recurring). It's difficult to beat $7.07/year. The specs were similar to the offering from Khan. I benchmarked the CPU in the promo from Khan and the other provider, and the CPU used in Khan's build is a bit better. The Geekbench score of the CPU from Khan reached just above 700, while the CPU score from the other provider was just over 600. The network speeds from the other provider are more stable (also 1Gbps) and they offered 20TB of bandwidth (Khan only offered 1TB bandwidth). Khan's promo offered 20GB of SSD storage but I actually received 50GB. Not sure if that was a mistake or not. The other service offered 32GB of high availability storage. Both offered 2GB of RAM.
The locations were different as Khan's KVM is located in Dallas and the other one was located in New York, but to me it didn't make much difference. The other provider's data centre is around 500 miles (800 km) further but the time it took to reach both data centres from my location was similar. In the end I went with the better deal, since I'm only setting up a small service on it. As I said before, it's difficult to beat $7.07/year.
Yeah $28.28 for every 4 years is amazing. Is that deal still active? NY would be a great location for me actually, have been looking for a cheaper East Coast USA VPS for a wireguard node.
Realistically, if it's gonna cost me $18/year, the location suddenly becomes more important. Texas is not ideal for any of my uses (but the calculus is different for a lifetime vs. recurring lol) but I will see about the speeds. I have two yearly services with Khan that are NAT-based and super cheap (offhand I think one is 5/year and the other 7/year). They get...100ish Mbps consistently I would say, though sometimes can peak higher. Of course, 5/year behind NAT is also a different value proposition entirely, lol.
tokyo nat is off?
