It's called Folderfort and you need "any modern browser" to use them according to them.

So, no apps live as of now according to https://www.folderfort.com/roadmap/

I found them via a StackSocial email I received a day ago.

They seems to be new.

Also somewhere I read there is a limit of 999 files per upload.
