Torrent search engine script
Hello, does someone know a good torrent search engine script for self-hosting?
Something like torrentz2.nz or torrentseeker.com
So it should index torrents from tpb, 1337x and other popular engines.

Torrent search in your terminal (old bookmark): https://github.com/deechoe/torrench
Or Jackett API: https://github.com/Jackett/Jackett
P.S.
This search engine was good during the Covid lockdown, but these days they have seemingly limited the trackers they index:
http://tragtorr.in/ -or- http://tragtorr.info/
☰ Storage — AMD EPYC VDS (ref) up to 4TB NVMe & 10TB SAN disk / Big HDD VPS (ref) from $2.42/mth/TB
Take a look at Bitmagnet if you want to self-host a DHT crawler.

For just searching existing trackers, Prowlarr/Jackett.
Is it legal to host torrent tracker on VPS?
Will the provider shut you down?
Bitmagnet tends to eat up a lot of disk space, and the torrents seem to be seeded much less than represented in the UI. Jackett is, hands down, the best way to self-host torrent search. And as huge bonus, it integrates perfectly into QBittorrent. /rant
