Find a native IP address from Japan, or any Native
country, with a wind control of about 10%, preferably home broadband, but not home broadband is also OK

  • What do you define as “wind control”?

As an aside, you’re not going to find these types of services easily, given the grey area that “residential” proxies fall under.

  • Wind control?
I live in Japan, have some home servers free depending on what your workload and how much you’ll need it for.

Alternatively, onamae.com hosting is the one we use at our work.

    I bench YABS 24/7/365 unless it's a leap year.

I've got no idea about "wind control" but maybe you check out Windscribe vpn.

  • @CycloneServers has maximum wind as it's literally a cyclone.

    No hostname left!

  • Japan is windy sometimes, not sure if it suits your needs

Typhoons and strong winds hit Japan from time to time — but what does that have to do with the server IP?

Feeling very tired, let's call it a day.

I think as long as he avoids eating beans, wind control should not be an issue. Also, avoid dairy products and whole grain foods just to be extra safe.

If you can’t be kind, at least be vague.

  • In all seriousness, if this is being used as a GFW proxy, won’t it get banned anyway?

It's either planned to be a proxy or spam/phishing email sender. Could also be a phishing site as residential IPs are still not banned on most blocklists...

    Need an RFC for IPoWind

The all seeing eye sees everything...

  • Wind control means “风控” in Chinese,so I guess this guy need some residential IPs,which have low risks for spamming etc
