I did initiate a dispute on PayPal before, mainly because I didn’t see any notice during the purchase that promotional products are non-refundable. Also, you didn’t send me the necessary configuration details in the welcome email, which made it impossible for me to use the product at first. Later, I managed to set it up myself after going through all the documentation, and I canceled the PayPal dispute. But then, right after I canceled it, you suspended my account and blocked my access to the product. Is this really how a proper company should operate? You can suspend my account, but shouldn’t you at least issue a refund? And if you’re not going to refund me, then shouldn’t I be allowed to continue using the product I paid for?

I did remove your screenshot as it contains my personal information (I'm not a company and you basically doxxed me) Anyway, the relevant part is:
So who is actually committing fraud here? I made the payment, and not only are you refusing to refund me, but you also deleted my account without any prior notice. You don’t see that as fraud, yet you accuse me of being fraudulent? Do you perhaps have a misunderstanding of what the word 'fraud' really means?
I think you'll find that opening a Paypal dispute because you can't be bothered to read documentation falls rather neatly into "fraud" - especially given that it means you've lied to Paypal during the process of opening said dispute.
Regardless, opening disputes is an excellent way to get terminated with just about any provider. It's literally in the T&Cs that you agreed to when you made the purchase.

You paid for the service, got access to it and opened a paypal dispute. That is technically "fraud". No use complaining if you are in the wrong...
You can go ahead to engage a lawer to fight against @MichaelCee now. I'll go make popcorn.
This is an offers thread - no point discussing dissatisfaction when you have already opened a Reviews thread.
No benefit trying to 'argue' in two threads.

To the user who made a PayPal case saying I didn’t give a refund I'd agreed to (after I linked you the refund policy clearly), I will be disputing your case and using you as an example for anybody else who wants to try and make a fraudulent claim. Think wisely.

Guess we know the answer to who this was now.
I think they may have helped my case to make an example.

Fraud is fraud.

Never make the same mistake twice. There are so many new ones to make.
It’s OK if you disagree with me. I can’t force you to be right.
