Looking for Recommendation for new/refurbished hardware suppliers in Singapore and Malaysia

I'm currently looking for refurbished hardware suppliers in Singapore and Malaysia, and would also appreciate recommendations for colocation providers in either location.

Specifically, I’m looking for suppliers who can provide hardware similar to the following configuration:

CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X

RAM: 192 GB DDR5

Storage: 2 × 2TB NVMe or 2 × 4TB NVMe

Network: 10 Gbps port

I've already done some research on Google and found a few suppliers, but most of their website listings seem outdated in terms of pricing and availability. I plan to reach out to them via email tomorrow, but if anyone here has recent experience with reliable vendors or can personally recommend a supplier, that would be extremely helpful.

I’ve also checked platforms like eBay, but found very limited and outdated listings — mostly older CPU-based servers.

Any leads or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Aliexpress will also give you older CPU based servers.

Best would be to link up with the retail hardware providers, but they usually deal in bulk with Offices & DCs, not individual customers...

Notes:

• Estimated 2-3 weeks build time at most
• Due to 4 DIMM configuration, AM5 can only run memory at 3600 MT/s.
• We can swap 9950X for 7950X, but there is no difference in cost as both CPUs are priced the same.
• We can swap 2 x 990 Pro with 2 x Enterprise U.2 Gen4 NVMe SSD at no additional cost, but the caveat is that you will need to have remote hands open and check the connections before racking as U.2 connectors often come loose. We can make it hotswap U.2 for +$100 which would avoid the need for a remote hands technician to check.
• If you want to replace 2 x 4TB NVMe SSD with 2 x 2TB NVMe SSD, then we will discount it by $300.

We also provide colocation in Johor, Malaysia. For your specific configuration:

• How much is remote hands fees ?
• What's the cost for additional IPs and extra bandwidth?
• Are there any charges for announcing a /24 subnet or an ASN?
• Do you offer DDoS protection—is it included or available as an add-on?
• Regarding the hardware you mentioned, are those new with warranty or used/refurbished?
• Is there any contract or I can cancel and take the hardware any time after one month?

Hi,

• 500 MYR per hour, 1 hour minimum.
• $1 per IP per month. The list price for extra bandwidth is $2.50/TB, but we can go lower depending on the amount.
• There is no cost for IP announcement under an ASN.
• We use CDN77 DDoS mitigation which covers most basic attacks. We also offer NeoProtect with configurable firewall filters as an optional addon, but open a ticket for pricing on that.
• It’s a mix of used and new hardware. We can replace any parts if they fail within 1 year, but you are responsible for paying shipping/taxes from the US for any replacement parts.
• You can cancel and take the hardware out at any time. Remote hands fees apply for deracking and shipping out, you may also need to provide a cardboard box depending on the time.
