    3. Turkmenistan
    4. East Timor (Timor-Leste)
    5. Cuba

    8. Chad
    9. Congo (Democratic Republic)

    • Random US cities. Cincinnati, Louisville, Indianapolis, Knoxville, Minneapolis, Denver, etc.
    • Lesser saturated European markets like Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, etc.

    Africa: Egypt / Morocco
    South America: Argentina / Brazil

    We did some testing in Brazil, but like in China or Iran, it´s almost impossible to find an IP range that isn't blacklisted. They're frequently used for spam.

    In Argentina, the cost is high (Telecentro, Telecom), and response times can take days. There are affordable mini-data centers like donweb, but they fail frequently; they've even burned down and take weeks to restore service.
