Its reoccurring for the pre-sale but it is just 50% off for the first year come Black Friday.
Romainia is in the setup phase, might be ready before launch as a very last minute location!

We've added Seoul on a CPU Dedicated Vultur instance, this will be migrated to a physical node when possible. Please be aware if using this location that a migration will be taking place. We've also limited the stock for this one, these limits will be lifted once we move to dedicated hardware.

Yes I did get confirmation that torrenting and using public trackers are allowed on the Romania location

Technically as we’re a UK based company we have to abide by DMCA takedowns however if we never receive the DMCA notice then we don’t have to take action.
So to answer you’re question- Kind of. If @calin does truly ignore DMCA then it will never reach us and therefore it is effectively ignored 😉
